30-day money-back guarantee If Carnivore Kitchen isn't what you wanted, email sergeyskitchen@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No forms, no questions, no argument. This applies to Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime alike.Renewals Monthly and Yearly memberships renew automatically until you cancel. A renewal charge is refundable if you email us within 7 days of it and haven't used the app since; after that, cancel instead and the app keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. You can cancel yourself from your account page at any time. What happens when you're refunded Everything we sell is digital. When a refund is issued, the order is cancelled and the app licence tied to it is turned off, so the app will ask you to activate again and won't accept that order. Any PDFs you already downloaded are yours to delete. How refunds are paid Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. If you used a discount code, the amount you actually paid is what's refunded. After 30 days After 30 days we don't refund the original purchase, but if something isn't working (the unlock link, a device that won't activate, a file that won't open) email us and we'll fix it the same day.
