Carnivore Kitchen is a recipe app for carnivore and keto cooks, sold at eatcarnivorekitchen.com. It has 280 recipes and 340 ways to cook them on the grill, smoker, oven, air fryer and stovetop. Every recipe opens on the four numbers you need at the stove: the device, the temperature, the time and the pull temp.
Why it exists
Recipe sites are built for scrolling, not cooking. The temp is at the bottom, the steps are in the middle, the life story is on top, and you scroll up and down with greasy hands while the steak overcooks. I built Carnivore Kitchen because I got tired of reading about someone's vacation to find out how long to sear a ribeye.

What it isn't
It isn't a diet tracker with a coach, a meal-plan generator or medical advice. It's a cookbook that tells you exactly how to cook the meat in front of you. Food-safety numbers follow USDA; where a recipe cooks to a lower doneness (medium-rare steak), it says so.
